To ensure our premium care remains accessible, we offer a hybrid payment structure: we accept select commercial insurance plans while providing an elevated, private-pay concierge path for those seeking maximum freedom and privacy in their care.

The fees below reflect our private-pay investments and represent the high-tier, specialized expertise dedicated to your wellness journey.

The Signature Initial Evaluation

• Investment: $400

• Duration: 75 to 90 minutes

• The Concierge Standard: This is your foundational session. We dedicate an hour and a half to a meticulous, deep-dive evaluation of your current symptoms, complete medical and psychiatric history, hormonal and reproductive life stages, and lifestyle factors. You leave this comprehensive session with a completely tailored, holistic treatment roadmap blending cutting-edge pharmacological management, psychotherapeutic strategies, and targeted wellness interventions.

The Comprehensive Follow-Up & Psychotherapy Integration

• Investment: $250

• Duration: 45 to 50 minutes

• The Concierge Standard: Designed for complex care or individuals who value a holistic approach. This extended session seamlessly integrates precise medication management with dedicated, supportive psychotherapy. We closely monitor your treatment response, track side effects, review laboratory data, and actively collaborate on building premium coping strategies for daily life.

The Focused Follow-Up & Clinical Management

• Investment: $200

• Duration: 25 to 30 minutes

• The Concierge Standard: Reserved for established clients who are clinically stable and maintaining progress. This is an efficient, highly focused clinical checkpoint to review medication efficacy, manage precise adjustments, coordinate pharmacy refills, and provide ongoing clinical oversight.

Insurance & Self Pay Pathways

Washington Patients

Insurance & Private-Pay Options Available

Washington patients may choose to use a participating insurance plan or pay privately for services.

Currently accepted insurance plans for Washington patients are Regence BlueShield, Cigna, Curative, Aetna and Carelon Behavioral Health.

All Washington appointments are scheduled through the secure patient portal.

Using Insurance

If you are a Washington patient using a participating insurance plan, your insurance eligibility, billing, and claims are managed through our integrated Headway insurance pathway.

During the scheduling and intake process, you will be asked to provide your insurance information so that eligibility and estimated patient responsibility can be reviewed.

Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for a:

• Deductible

• Coinsurance

• Other plan-specific patient responsibility

Actual coverage and cost are determined by your individual insurance plan. Booking fee shows $0 for insurance options which does not include copayments, coinsurance, deductible or any other plan-specific patient responsibility from your insurance company.

Prefer to Pay Privately?

Washington patients may also choose to pay directly for services when permitted under applicable insurance and contractual requirements.

Private-pay appointments are scheduled and managed directly through the secure patient portal.

Arizona Patients

Private-Pay Telepsychiatry

Arizona services are currently offered exclusively on a private-pay basis.

Insurance is not accepted or billed for Arizona appointments.

All Arizona appointments are scheduled directly through our secure Patient Portal.

Private-Pay Patients

Private-pay patients are responsible for payment at the time of service.

Erskin Psychiatric Services PLLC does not guarantee reimbursement from any insurance company for private-pay services.

If a superbill or other documentation is available for an eligible private-pay service, you may choose to submit it to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
